Our weekly meals are designed to provide you with complete & nutritionally dense meals that are portion-controlled, naturally low in sodium & fat. We use lean meats & fish, spices, fresh herbs, healthy fats, seasonal fruits & veggies to create our weekly menus. Picking up a set of meals means easy access to food you can trust throughout your week. Whether it’s for school, work, or to simply have something good to eat waiting for you when you get home from a long day.

Menus are available every Monday, simply send an email to pre-ordering your custom selection of meals and they will be prepared for you to pick up the following week. Food is available for pick up only.
