We know it can be a challenge to consistently eat healthy (and tasty) food. Our weekly meals are designed to provide you with complete & nutritionally dense meals that are portion-controlled, naturally low in sodium & fat. We use lean meats & fish, spices, fresh herbs, healthy fats, seasonal fruits & veggies to create our weekly menus.

Menus are available every Monday, orders should be submitted by Wednesday for the pick up the next week. Simply fill out the form below pre-ordering your custom selection of meals and they will be prepared for you to pick up the following week. Food is available for PICK UP ONLY. Pick up days are Mondays & Wednesdays Noon-8 PM
